This is a placeholder agreement covering the commercial flooring estimator at estimate.dcflooringco.com. A fuller, counsel-reviewed agreement will replace this. By using the estimator you accept the terms below.
Estimates are preliminary
The price range produced by the estimator is a typical range based on the inputs you provide and our published rate tables. It is not a binding quote. Final pricing requires an on-site walk and inspection — square footage, substrate condition, access, and project scope can shift the number up or down.
Accuracy disclaimer
We update our rate tables regularly to reflect current material and labor costs, but pricing in the construction industry moves. Estimates older than 30 days should be re-validated before committing to a project. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the estimate will exactly match the final contract price.
No professional opinion
The estimator does not constitute architectural, engineering, or other professional advice. Use it for budget planning. Confirm specifications with a qualified professional before procurement.
Acceptable use
Use the estimator for genuine project pricing inquiries. Don't scrape, automate excessive submissions, or use it to harass our sales team. We may rate-limit or block traffic that we determine is abusive.
