Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder policy covering the commercial flooring estimator at estimate.dcflooringco.com. We are working on a fuller policy reviewed by counsel; in the meantime, the following describes our actual practices.

What we collect

When you submit the estimator, we collect: your name, email, phone number, optional company, project ZIP code, and (for residential projects) the project street address. We also store the project details you provided in the estimator (flooring type, square footage, existing floor, quality tier, site conditions) and the calculated price range.

How we use it

To prepare and email you a copy of your estimate.
To follow up about scheduling a site walk and refining the numbers into a real quote.
For internal record-keeping and project tracking inside our CRM (Google Sheets) and database (Neon Postgres).

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, marketers, or other third parties for their own use.

Service providers we use

We rely on the following processors to operate the estimator. Each handles data only on our behalf:

Vercel — hosting and PDF storage
Neon — Postgres database (system of record for leads and estimates)
MailerSend — transactional email delivery
Google Sheets / Apps Script — CRM workspace for lead tracking

Retention

Lead records are retained for as long as we have an active or potential project relationship. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@designconstructllc.com.
